Why the Name “Seventh Bear”?
In numerology, the number seven represents wisdom. And the constellation Ursa Major, "The Bear", always points to the North Star.

For more than 25 years, Robert has helped business leaders balance the art and science of marketing, and tell their story more effectively. For the last decade, Robert has served as a fractional marketing and strategy leader for companies in the technology and media industries, and as a strategic marketing consultant to more than 500 companies, including brands such as Salesforce, SAP, Anthem Insurance, Capital Group, Roche Pharmaceuticals, The Globe and Mail, Informa, and ServiceNow among others.

Cathy has spent her career helping organizations. From clearer communication to making sense of the complex intersection of content, technology, and people. A partner to the businesses and marketing leaders that turn to her for help, Cathy takes their ambitious strategies and turns them into practical, scalable realities that deliver measurable impact. Cathy has led global content and digital transformation initiatives for brands such as Hilton, CFA Institute, SAS, and Salesforce, guiding teams to improve collaboration, governance, and customer experience.
